This office was flooded by a hot water heater that had failed. Because of its commercial size this affected multiple rooms and offices. The water was extracted and the wet sheet rock and insulation was removed. We vented and set dehumidifiers and fans for professional drying. Once a drying standard was set and met through monitoring the sheet rock with moisture meters, professionals were able to repair the sheet rock and paint walls.
